Very nice looking bakery with good and well priced desserts. Sraff makes an effort to translate to English. Many maple syrup products for sale, great for souvenirs.

Just walked by and decided to go and check the museum.The curator was super friendly and it was nice to find out the history of the company and just ask questions about the place.How often do you get a chance to go in and ask why does it sometimes smell good and why does it stink? (Turns out the stink comes from the sewer lines and not the sugar).Or ask about the giant sugar pyramids hidden inside the gated off warehouses just out of view.It was fun and I'm glad I decided to go in and ask so where's this museum the sign is up about?
